Desired Qualifications:

- Level 2 Certificate in Interactive Media
- Level 2/3 Diploma in Creative iMedia
- Level 3 Diploma in Information Technology (Specialist)

What we want in candidates
The essential attributes of the successful Web Developer are a positive attitude and a solid baseline of technical skills. It is critical that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate a genuine passion for digital technology and a true desire to expand their skill-set. Some demonstrable commercial web development experience would be an asset.
Additionally for those applying for a web developer role, we need those who have skills in writing code, preferably CSS, HTML, Java etc. Furthermore you’d need to be able to create high performing apps and services that are accessible over the internet
Your responsibilities as a web developer:
- Write in either one or more programming languages e.g. CSS, Python, Java etc.
- make plans and prototypes for new applications
- Be able to work and communicate efficiently with other employees
- Stay up to date with new trends
You’ll work the usual 9am – 5pm in our comfortable and modern offices. However if we can accommodate you with more flexible hours if you needed, and we can also let you work from the comfort of your own home (You will need to attend faculty meetings from time to time)
