About us
Hot Beans Web is a dynamic web development company established in 2015. We specialize in creating responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications for small to medium-sized businesses across various sectors. Our company currently employs 25 staff members, including 12 experienced developers, 5 designers, 3 project managers, 3 trainee developers, and 2 administrative staff.
Our company culture focuses on innovation, continuous learning, and work-life balance. We pride ourselves on being a supportive environment for early career developers, with strong mentorship programs and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Work spaces
Here is one of work offices. It features high end computers, ergonomic office chairs for comfortability and other amenities as water machines, coffee/ tea machines, tv’s and table games (as seen in the picture.

Here is another picture of our modern, sleek and comfortable office spaces. this room is on the second floor and it features heating/ aircon (as well as all our other rooms), a quiet area for you to relax and do your work in, and amenities for the wellbeing of our employees. Additionally our spaces encourage a collaborative work environment as there are tables in which employees can share their thoughts, ideas and also go around to help others if needed. We promote a healthy working environment like this.
Awards we have won!
In 2022 we won the local business award and the trophy (as seen in the picture) was handed to us by Bill Gates himself
in 2023 we won another local business award in which we were awarded with this trophy. We won because our amazing employees finished a project in which it helped out the local council
